White chocolate truffle with butter soft mascarpone crèmeganache with a freeze-dried crust of raspberry. Amazingly flavorful truffle, all naturel with an average of 18 raspberries processed in one truffle. Hence it’s intense flavour. The optimal way to taste this truffle is by bitting through the truffle and then gently hold the pieces of raspberry on your tongue. When the Raspberry gets moist it will release an explosion of flavour immediately. The soft Mascarpone then makes the flavor in a subtle way complete.
